Payments & cancellations policy

Deposits

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking:

  • £60 for an Assessment

  • £30 for a Follow-Up

Your deposit is deducted from your final fee.
Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. I do not store or have access to your full card details.

Cancellations, Changes & Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice or more

If you need to change or cancel your appointment and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be refunded or moved to a new appointment—whichever suits you best.

Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend, your deposit will be retained. Short-notice cancellations make it unlikely I can offer the session to another client.

Please note: rescheduling within 48 hours counts as a late cancellation.

Genuine emergencies do happen. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your options with compassion and fairness.

Outstanding Balances

The remaining fee for your session is due the day of your appointment.
If any balance remains unpaid, I will get in touch with a reminder.
