A 40 minute focused session to review symptoms, progress your rehabilitation, and to help you stay accountable and confident as you work towards your goals.
A 50% deposit (£30) is required when booking.
Please give 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are kept for late cancellations or non-attendance.

We are based in the beautiful Shoreham Beach area just a short walk over the bridge from Shoreham-by-Sea train station and Shoreham High Street. Shoreham is conveniently situated between Brighton & Hove and Worthing so easy to get to by car, bus or train.
